The Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course will assist you in developing the skills necessary to lead and manage effectively, encompassing the alignment of individual objectives with the organizational vision, responding to concerns and issues, and augmenting your integrity and consistency with individual and organizational values.
Upon successful completion of this Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course, you should be able to:

Testing conducted throughout this online Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
