The ‘Managing for Success – Part 2’ course is designed to equip managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead effectively. The course focuses on fostering a robust team culture, promoting integrity within the team, leveraging individual strengths and differences, and enabling team members to best address problems and challenges.

Upon successful completion of the ‘Managing for Success – Part 2’ course, you should be able to:

Approximately 30 minutes

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
