    Even with a solid grasp of leadership principles, there is always room for growth. This is especially true for managers who have to juggle many responsibilities.

    The Managing for Success course equips managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their leadership skills, foster a healthy team environment, ensure team integrity, leverage the unique strengths of individual team members, and guide their teams towards effective problem-solving.

    Upon successful completion of the Managing for Success – Part 1 course, you should be able to:

    • Form strong relationships with colleagues to understand their roles, skills, and expertise
    • Recognise the team’s collective power to create a balanced work environment for everyone
