The Managing for Success course equips managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their leadership skills, foster a healthy team environment, ensure team integrity, leverage the unique strengths of individual team members, and guide their teams towards effective problem-solving.
Upon successful completion of the Managing for Success - Part 1 course, you should be able to:

Tests throughout this online course are meant to reinforce the knowledge gained. A score of 80% is necessary to earn a certificate of completion. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
