In your capacity as a leader, it is your responsibility to guide your team towards fulfilling the organization’s strategy and vision. Ensuring that your team’s tasks are in sync with the vision is a key step towards propelling the company towards its objectives. When teams and individuals synchronize their work with the organization’s strategy, it not only contributes to the company’s success but also creates a sense of purpose among employees. Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A score of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
