    In a supervisory or leadership position, your leadership aptitudes are pivotal. The capability to take wise decisions, allocate resources in line with strategic objectives, stimulate innovation among employees, and retain your best team members are all part of the obligations of an adept leader.

    The Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course will assist you in developing the skills necessary to lead and manage effectively, encompassing the alignment of individual objectives with the organizational vision, responding to concerns and issues, and augmenting your integrity and consistency with individual and organizational values.

    Upon successful completion of this Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course, you should be able to:

    • Amplify the actions and behaviors that exemplify you as a trustworthy leader with integrity
    • Determine your work priorities as a leader and as an individual contributor
    • Align every employee’s individual objectives to the organization’s vision and strategy

    Testing conducted throughout this online Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

    Upon successful completion of this online Leadership Essentials – Part 1 course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
