It encompasses being an encouraging role model, taking accountability for your actions, and taking the initiative to enhance your value to the organization. Personal leadership also involves effective communication, conflict management, and motivating others to reach their full potential. You don’t necessarily need a team reporting to you to demonstrate these qualities.
The Building Your Leadership Skills – Part 1 course is designed to enhance your leadership abilities, regardless of your current role and future aspirations. By developing your leadership skills, you not only increase your value to the organization but also open doors to future career opportunities.
By completing this course successfully, you should be able to:

Tests conducted throughout this online course aim to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% must be obtained to earn a completion certificate. Participants can repeat the course twice if the required mark is not achieved.
