  • The obligation of your employer to provide you with relevant information and training when you first start work in a specific area or are exposed to a new situation.
  • The necessary components of a Chemical Hygiene Plan and your employer’s duty to disclose the plan’s location and accessibility.
  • The different protections in place for lab personnel, including engineering measures, administrative strategies, work practices, and personal protective equipment.
  • Understanding your employer’s obligations and your rights concerning exposure monitoring, medical consultations, examinations, and records.
