However, the improper or reckless use of these high-speed tools can result in severe injuries or even fatal accidents. This course aims to impart comprehensive knowledge about the safe operation of angle and bench grinders.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Grinder Training course will be organized into four essential sections:  

  • Chapter 1: Exploring Angle Grinders  

  • Chapter 2: Understanding Bench Grinders 

  • Chapter 3: Mitigating Risks and Adopting Best Practices

  • Chapter 4: Recap and Review 


COURSE TOPICS

The course covers the following topics:

  • Understanding the components of angle and bench grinders  

  • Learning the basic operation of grinders and discerning the functional differences between angle and bench types 

  • Mastering the correct usage and familiarizing oneself with accurate inspection and maintenance procedures for both angle and bench grinders  

  • Identifying common hazards associated with grinder operation  

  • Learning to minimize the risk factors contributing to grinder-related accidents 

  • Integrating the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and best safety practices to prevent injuries and health issues
