In the course “Giving and Receiving Feedback – Global”, you will learn the most effective strategies for both delivering and accepting feedback. - Recognizing the qualities of constructive feedback.

Continuous testing throughout this online “Giving & Receiving Feedback – Global” course ensures the material is understood. A score of 80% is required to receive a completion certificate. If the pass mark is not achieved on the first try, participants are given two additional attempts. Course materials can be accessed online for printing.
