In the course “Giving and Receiving Feedback – Global”, you will learn the most effective strategies for both delivering and accepting feedback. This course is especially beneficial for managers, supervisors, and safety committee members.
The course “Giving & Receiving Feedback – Global” includes these key subjects:
- Identifying ineffective responses to feedback.
- Understanding how to provide and accept feedback in a constructive and positive manner.
- Recognizing the qualities of constructive feedback.
Estimated course duration: 30 Minutes
Continuous testing throughout this online “Giving & Receiving Feedback – Global” course ensures the material is understood. A score of 80% is required to receive a completion certificate. If the pass mark is not achieved on the first try, participants are given two additional attempts. Course materials can be accessed online for printing.
