    COURSE OVERVIEW

    This online training program, Fall Protection – Competent Person (CAN), is a CSA Compliant course for those working in both Construction and General Industries in Canada. The course focuses on the essentials of fall prevention, restraint and arrest across diverse situations. This program fulfills the theoretical aspect of operator safety training. Periodic quiz questions are included to help prepare you for the final written examination. On completion, you will be able to download and print your test, certificate, and a checklist for your employer to evaluate your practical application of the course lessons in the field. Important: As of April 1, 2015, our online Fall Protection course is not recognized for the Construction Industry in Ontario unless it is used as a general awareness preparatory course.

    ONLINE COURSE DURATION

    The Fall Protection – Competent Person (CAN) course is designed to be completed in roughly 90 minutes

    PASS MARK

    This Fall Protection – Competent Person (CAN) course incorporates frequent testing to reinforce the material taught. A score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice.

    CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

    Upon successful completion of the Fall Protection – Competent Person (CAN) online course, a downloadable and printable certificate of completion will be made available.
