To help you prepare for the final written examination, there are quiz questions throughout the course. Upon completion, you’ll be able to download and print your certificate and a wallet card. A customizable form will also be available for employers, which can be used to observe the worker’s application of the principles discussed during the training. Please note that certification requirements may vary by state. It’s advised to check your local standards for any additional requirements.
