- Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) – Their definition and development process
- Types of Injuries – Affecting the eyes, neck, shoulders, elbow, wrist, finger, and back
- Factors Resulting in Pain or Injury – Excessive force, repetitive motion, awkward postures, static postures, swift movements, compression or contact stress, and vibration
- Your Equipment – Desk, chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse, laptop, smartphone/tablet, document holder, wrist rest, foot rest, and lights
- Your Work – The use of any tools or engineering controls provided by your employer, dividing tasks when possible, and introducing variety in tasks to prevent muscle and other soft tissue fatigue; Use of any personal protective gear required for your job; Following correct lifting techniques for anything you need to lift
- Your Body – Explaining proper posture/neutral position and its importance in performing work tasks
- Job Safety Analysis – Its definition and your contribution
- Navigating Through the Work Day – Stretching, taking breaks, and changing positions
- Healthy Lifestyle – Regular exercise, staying hydrated, healthy eating, stress reduction, and adequate sleep
- Reporting and Managing Injuries – When and whom to report, and what to do in case of a work-related injury

A score of 80% is required to successfully pass the Ergonomics: Office course. Participants have up to three attempts to reach the passing score.
On completing this online course successfully, participants can download and print a completion certificate.
