The Conflict Management Skills course equips you with the tools to establish conflict management norms within your team, cultivate a culture that effectively addresses conflict, and offer the direction needed to guide others in managing conflict successfully.
In the Conflict Management Skills course, you will work on enhancing your abilities to foster conflict management skills within your team. Evaluation is carried out throughout this online course to fortify the content delivered. A minimum score of 80% is required to secure a certificate of completion. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
