MHSA’s partnership with BIS Safety Software began in 2012, marking a significant transition from a traditional CRM system to an advanced Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for safety compliance in manufacturing. This integration has allowed MHSA to streamline its operations, including course registrations, training records, and certifications, all through a single, efficient platform.
In addition to training management, MHSA relies on BIS for internal processes, such as managing absence requests through a notification system. As Maggie Schell shared:
