This internet-based training program aims to equip Joint Occupational Health and Safety (JOHS) Committee delegates with a comprehensive understanding of their roles and obligations under the Health and Safety Legislation of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Conceived and created by natives of the area, the Joint Occupational Health and Safety (JOHS) Committee/Safety Rep (NT & NU) course is tailored to suit the unique conditions of Canada’s North, equipping JOHS Committee members with essential knowledge to conduct productive sessions and operate effectively as a unit.
Achieveing success in this web-based module will assist northern firms in fulfilling their statutory obligations under the Health and Safety Legislation of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Estimated completion time is 2 hours.
The final exam of this course consists of 20 True/False questions. To pass, a perfect score of 100% is required. Each question can be attempted twice.
A certificate of completion will be made available for download and print upon successful completion of this web-based course.
