Considering the rapid pace of today’s society, it’s no surprise that we frequently come across stress-inducing scenarios. The workplace is often a significant source of such stress, an area that often doesn’t receive the attention it deserves when it comes to managing stress.

Our online course, Workplace Stress Awareness, employs a dynamic mix of audio, full-motion visuals, text, and engaging graphics to assist employees in recognizing potential stress sources and provides strategies for handling them. The course structure is topic-oriented to facilitate comprehension and retention of information.

The testing procedure in this online Workplace Stress Awareness program is designed to reinforce the knowledge imparted. To earn a certificate of completion, a score of 80% is required. If the passing score is not achieved, participants can retake the course twice.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

Upon successful completion of this online program, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
