The Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention course features content from Ontario Bills 132 and 168, BC Bill 14, Harassment under the 1977 Human Rights Act, tasks of supervisors, maintaining confidentiality, employee grievance procedures, the risk of legal repercussions, among others. ONLINE COURSE DURATION

  • Workplace Harassment Prevention: Approximately 60 mins
  • Workplace Violence Awareness and Prevention: Approximately 45 mins

PASS MARK

Evaluation is carried out throughout the Harassment course and after the Violence course to reinforce understanding and retention of the participants. To obtain a certificate of completion, a score of 80% must be achieved. Participants have the opportunity to repeat each course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

On successful completion of each of these online courses, a certificate of completion can be downloaded and printed.
