Upon successful completion of the Workforce Hazard Recognition Training, participants should be able to:

Understand the significance of hazard recognition in the workplace and the correlation between unsafe actions and incidents
Know the best practices for evaluating, investigating, recognizing, and resolving hazards in the workplace
Understand the advantages of utilizing a checklist during pre-shift inspections

Testing conducted throughout this online training is designed to reinforce the information shared. A score of 80% is required to earn a certificate of completion. Participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not attained.
