The WHMIS 2015 Refresher online course functions as a follow-up training program for individuals who have previously completed the WHMIS 2015/GHS course. This refresher is not meant to replace the comprehensive 2-hour WHMIS 2015 course. Its aim, through the application of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) for hazard classification and communication, is to prevent workplace mishaps, illnesses, and fatalities associated with the handling and use of hazardous substances.
This WHMIS 2015 Refresher online course is designed to serve as a follow-up training for those who have previously completed the WHMIS 2015/GHS course. It’s not intended to replace the comprehensive 2-hour WHMIS 2015 course. Testing conducted throughout this online WHMIS 2015 Refresher course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 75% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course two times if the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt. Print materials for this course can be accessed online.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available to download and print.
