This course imparts knowledge on the definition and types of workplace violence, the professions that are more susceptible to such violence, strategies to prevent workplace violence, indicators of violent behavior and ways to address them, how to handle a violent situation, and the appropriate actions to take following an incident of workplace violence.
This course titled “Violence in the Workplace” provides an in-depth understanding of the concept of workplace violence, identifying the professions that are more prone to such violence, the various types of workplace violence, strategies to prevent the occurrence of violence at the workplace, indicators of violent behavior and ways to address them, handling a violent situation, and the right course of action to follow after an incident of workplace violence has taken place.

Assessment will be conducted throughout this online course to enhance the understanding of the content. A score of 80% is required to secure a certificate of completion. Participants are given two additional attempts if the pass mark is not achieved in the first attempt.
