COURSE OVERVIEW


As per Part 6 of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations, it is a requirement for all individuals engaged in the handling of dangerous goods to undergo appropriate training in their respective areas. Our TDG Class 2, 3, and 4 online course fulfills this requirement.

Our TDG Class 2, 3, and 4 online course delivers the requisite knowledge pertaining to the transportation of hazardous goods in Canada. Specifically, this course is designed for CLASS 2, 3 and 4 in a Large Means of Containment ONLY.

The TDG Class 2, 3, and 4 online course delivers essential information related to the transportation of hazardous materials in Canada for classes 2, 3, and 4 using large containment means exclusively. This course is tailored for individuals handling dangerous goods in these specific class applications, ensuring they receive training specific to their job responsibilities. This approach enhances the course experience while upholding compliance with Part 6 of the TDG Regulations.

On successful completion of this course, participants will be well-versed in the regulations governing the transportation of dangerous goods in Canada for classes 2, 3, and 4, the corresponding placards, required TDG symbols for these classes on vehicles and large means of containment, emergency response requirements in case of unintended product release or spill, and the documentation norms when transporting these specific dangerous goods.

  • Exemptions.

Approximately 1 hour

PASS MARK


Participants must score at least 80% to earn a certificate of completion. If required, the course can be retaken twice to achieve the pass mark.
