This course, titled 'Supervisor's Role', is curated to assist supervisors in comprehending their health and safety duties within the workplace. It aims to ensure supervisors are aware of their legal obligations under relevant occupational health and safety laws, and explores the challenges and underlying factors that impact occupational health and safety systems.
The 'Supervisor's Role' course also inspires supervisors to adopt a proactive approach to enhance the occupational health and safety system they operate within, for the benefit of themselves, their colleagues, and their overall work environment.

Testing conducted throughout this online course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing. This course is recommended to be retaken every 3 years from the course completion date indicated on the certificate.
