As managers, our primary responsibility is to steer and cultivate the performance of our team members. We must foster an environment that encourages growth by setting clear expectations and assisting them in overcoming hurdles. In essence, as supervisors, our role is to facilitate peak performance.
Occupying a managerial position demands that we steer and cultivate the performance of our staff. By establishing transparent expectations and aiding others in overcoming challenges and barriers, we, as supervisors in the Supervision Basics course, strive to enable others to operate at their fullest potential.
The Supervision Basics program is designed to equip you with the skills to set targets and objectives, identify those who require additional coaching and support, and comprehend what each individual needs to foster a productive work environment. By aiding our team in understanding their roles and providing them with necessary feedback, along with involving them in problem-solving, we enable each member to achieve success and the team to reach its objectives seamlessly.
Upon successful completion of the Supervision Basics course, you should be able to:

Approximately 80 minutes
Testing conducted throughout this online Supervision Basics course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A score of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
