By establishing transparent expectations and aiding others in overcoming challenges and barriers, we, as supervisors in the Supervision Basics course, strive to enable others to operate at their fullest potential.

The Supervision Basics program is designed to equip you with the skills to set targets and objectives, identify those who require additional coaching and support, and comprehend what each individual needs to foster a productive work environment. By aiding our team in understanding their roles and providing them with necessary feedback, along with involving them in problem-solving, we enable each member to achieve success and the team to reach its objectives seamlessly.

PASS MARK

Testing conducted throughout this online Supervision Basics course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A score of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
