This educational module provides an overall understanding of the SPCC regulations. It is primarily aimed at all employees that are engaged in oil transfer, handling, storage, spill response, or maintenance of oil equipment.
Oil spills can have disastrous consequences on wildlife, the environment, and the economic well-being of those impacted. The SPCC regulation was established to mitigate oil spills at facilities, protecting US navigable waters. This Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) course offers employees a comprehensive overview of the SPCC requirements. It is particularly useful for those involved in oil transfer, handling, storage, spill response, or maintenance of oil equipment.

Duration: Roughly 30 minutes
Throughout this online module, testing is carried out to reinforce the lessons taught. A score of 80% is required to pass this course. Participants have up to three attempts to achieve the passing score. A comprehensive student manual, which can be printed, is available as a resource for future reference and knowledge retention.
Upon successful completion of this online module, a certificate of completion can be downloaded and printed for your records.
