Snowcat (OSHA)

The Snowcat (OSHA) course is a comprehensive safety training program designed specifically for snowcat operators. The course covers essential topics such as snowcat anatomy and components, principles of stability, safe operational practices, and identification of common hazards. This OSHA-compliant course satisfies the classroom instruction requirement for workplace safety training. Additionally, a practical evaluation checklist is provided for employers. Upon successful completion, trainees will have the ability to download and print a certificate or wallet card as evidence of their Snowcat training.

This course includes periodic testing to reinforce the learning material. A score of 80% is required to pass the course. Participants are allowed two attempts to achieve the pass mark.
