This module educates you on the potential risks and outcomes related to sexual harassment and other forms of harassment at work. Our ‘Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention for Managers’ course also includes guidelines about how to handle harassment when it happens, the elements of a harassment inquiry, the potential dangers of backlash, and the measures both staff and management should adopt to prevent sexual or any other kind of harassment.
