This digital ‘Safe Lifting’ course imparts requisite knowledge to employees for safeguarding their backs during lifting and carrying tasks. Lifting and carrying are routine activities we often perform without much thought. However, understanding the correct and incorrect techniques of doing so is crucial. Lack of this knowledge can lead to injuries.

This digital ‘Safe Lifting’ course encompasses the following subjects:

Estimated time of completion is 45 minutes

The ‘Safe Lifting’ online course incorporates periodic testing to reinforce the learned material. A score of 80% is required to successfully pass this course. Participants have up to three attempts to reach the passing score. A detailed student manual, available for print, serves as a handy resource for future use and knowledge retention.

Successful completion of this online course will render a certificate of completion, which can be downloaded and printed.
