Lifting and carrying are routine activities we often perform without much thought. However, understanding the correct and incorrect techniques of doing so is crucial. Lack of this knowledge can lead to injuries.

The ‘Safe Lifting’ online course incorporates periodic testing to reinforce the learned material. A score of 80% is required to successfully pass this course.
