Respiratory Protection (OSHA)
This is a safety training course in compliance with OSHA standards, aimed at employees operating in environments with respiratory risks. The training encompasses the study of prevalent diseases, usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, and potential hazards. This course satisfies the classroom instruction requirement for occupational safety training. It also comes with a competency checklist for employers to conduct a hands-on evaluation. Upon successful completion, trainees can download and print a certificate or a wallet card as proof of their participation in the Respiratory Protection training. PLEASE NOTE: Only employers can officially certify an employee. Certification prerequisites may differ by state or province. Always check local norms for any further occupational training mandates.
Our OSHA-compliant Respiratory Protection safety training course fulfills OSHA’s classroom training mandate. Each module contains lessons on prevalent respiratory diseases, accurate usage of PPE, Safe Work Practices, among others.
Integrated within the course are periodic quiz questions to help prepare for the final written test that comes with the course. Besides the written test, this course also provides a checklist for employers to use when conducting a practical exam as mandated by OSHA.
Projected Training Duration: The time taken to complete this training may vary as it depends on individual learning pace. Nonetheless, the estimated time for this training is between 1.5 to 2 hours.

The minimum passing score for this course is 80% and trainees will get 2 attempts to clear the test.
