This digital course, Reasonable Suspicion and Managing Impairment for Supervisors, imparts necessary knowledge and expertise to detect and address substance misuse issues in the professional environment.
Employers often face considerable costs, approximately $10,000/year per employee, due to substance misuse related issues such as frequent absences, reduced productivity, increased accidents, and escalating health and Workers Compensation Board (WCB) expenses.
