As a supervisor, part of your role is to ensure that your team members have the tools they need to succeed. Studies show that when staff members have access to the resources necessary for their job, they exhibit higher levels of engagement, productivity, and job satisfaction. Therefore, enhancing your understanding and capability to cater to the resource requirements of your team is a worthwhile pursuit.

The course, Providing Resources for Success, is designed to guide you in understanding your team’s resource requirements, identifying steps you can take to meet these needs, figuring out what to do when you can’t meet a need, and assisting your team in utilizing existing resources effectively.

Upon successful completion of the Providing Resources for Success course, you will be able to:

  • Determine if team members have the resources they need to succeed
  • Identify one resource that team members need for success in the upcoming 60 days
  • Develop a resource management agenda item to ensure team needs are addressed
  • Take into account the needs of the customers when allocating resources

  • Establish how employees can enhance the efficiency of existing resources
