    This Project Management course is specifically designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of how to execute and oversee a construction project. Utilizing the PMBoK approach, participants will delve into the intricacies of project processes, exploring the challenges and constraints often encountered by project managers, and learn how to adeptly navigate a complex project.

    Upon successful completion, the course offers 2 CCA Gold Seal education credits and 8 BC Housing CPD credits.

    • Adjust the project estimate to accommodate a project budget

    • Understand Return on Investment (ROI) and its impact on required project profit margins
    • Understand the contract process from bidding to project close-out
    • Understand the significance of cash flow projections for construction companies
