The diversity among individuals, also known as diversity, has been on the rise in both the community and the workplace for many years. However, this change can make some employees feel uneasy. Opposition to diversity often results in people being treated unfairly or prejudiced due to their identity. This discrimination is detrimental to all and is also unlawful.
