If the pass mark is not achieved on the first try, participants have the opportunity to retake the course twice. Online access to print resources that further solidify the course information is provided.
Upon successful completion of this web-based course, a certificate of completion will be accessible for download and print. This certificate is valid for 36 months. Please note that, in some jurisdictions, additional practical evaluation on equipment may be required to ensure regulatory compliance.
