COURSE OVERVIEW


The Oilfield Driver Safety Program is structured to fulfill the Alberta Government's equivalency requirements for the Oilfield Driver Awareness (ODA) Course.

This program caters to drivers of both light-duty and semi-trailer vehicles within the oilfield industry.

For comprehensive training, it is advisable that drivers also undertake an Hours of Service program.

While the Oilfield Driver Safety Program includes an in-depth Fatigue Module, some organizations might prefer to supplement this with a dedicated fatigue program.

All these courses, including the Oilfield Driver Safety Program, are accessible online via Fleet Safety International.

ONLINE COURSE DURATION


Estimated time of completion is 3 hours


PASS MARK


Continuous testing is conducted throughout this online Oilfield Driver Safety Program to reinforce the information conveyed. To qualify for a certificate of completion, a score of 80% is required. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants can retake the course twice. A comprehensive student manual is available for download and print, serving as a valuable reference for future use and knowledge retention.


CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION


Upon successful completion of the Oilfield Driver Safety Program, an online certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
