Within the OEF 1009 Workshop, participants will gain the opportunity to: understand where the CI and Performance Measurement domain fits within the management system, focus on the application of 28 CI and Performance Measurement optimal management techniques, conduct a self-evaluation of their organization to outline strengths and areas for enhancement, and devise an enhancement plan to address any identified gaps.
