The concept of Normalization of Deviance, which played a significant role in the Challenger space shuttle catastrophe, is also a contributing factor to accidents and mishaps in your workplace and home.
The phrase Normalization of Deviance emerged in the aftermath of the Challenger space shuttle disaster. It was identified that continuous hazardous activities were sanctioned during the project, extending even to the launch.
