COURSE OVERVIEW


This training provides an overview of workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment, and violence. It elaborates on the crucial role of managers and supervisors in managing such issues, in line with the protocols set forth in Ontario Bills 132 and 168, and BC Bill 14.

Addressing workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment, and violence is a complex task for managers and supervisors. These complexities range from identifying the issue to taking appropriate measures to establish a safe and respectful work environment for all.

The goal of this course is to equip you with knowledge to identify and prevent workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment and violence. Real-life case studies are provided in each chapter to facilitate better understanding of the roles that managers and supervisors play, in preventing such behaviours in the workplace.

The course is divided into 6 comprehensive chapters that guide you in recognizing, preventing and resolving these workplace issues.
