It offers a primary understanding of hydrogen, its various applications in the heavy-duty trucking industry, the safety measures for hydrogen vehicles, and the guidelines to be followed in case of any incident.
Created with the Hydrogen Vehicle Demonstrations in mind, this course provides a comprehensive insight into the world of hydrogen and its use in heavy-duty trucks.
The course encompasses the following topics
- Hydrogen: its characteristics, production methods, storage, and applications
- Fundamental knowledge of hydrogen internal combustion engine vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles
- Safety protocols for hydrogen vehicles
- Guidelines for responding to incidents involving hydrogen vehicles
- Specific vehicles from OEMs (Hydra & Hyzon)
