This online course includes regular testing to reinforce the information presented. A minimum score of 80% is needed to successfully complete the course. If the pass mark is not achieved, participants are allowed to retake the course twice. For future use and knowledge retention, printable resources are available in the form of an extensive student manual.
Upon successfully completing this course, an online certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
