This course imparts knowledge on recognizing and understanding the essential elements of your organization's written hazard communication program, including how to: safeguard yourself from hazardous chemicals present or stored at your workspace using the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), identify and react to label elements, and comprehend Safety Data Sheets.
The Hazard Communication Awareness course is designed to help you recognize and understand the key elements of your business's written hazard communication program, which includes how to: shield yourself from harmful chemicals that are used or stored in your workplace using the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), recognize and respond to label elements, and interpret the contents of Safety Data Sheets.
By successfully completing the Hazard Communication Awareness course, you should be able to:

Testing executed throughout this online course is aimed at reinforcing the information shared. A score of 80% must be achieved to secure a certificate of completion. Participants are allowed to retake the course twice if the pass mark is not attained on the first attempt.
