The Harassment Prevention Training (CANADA) is an in-depth online course that provides a thorough understanding of diverse forms of harassment, bullying, and retaliation. The course elaborates on Ontario Bills 132 and 168, BC Bill 14, Harassment as stated under the Human Rights Act of 1977, roles of supervisors, maintaining confidentiality, procedures for employee complaints, potential legal implications, and so much more.
The Harassment Prevention Training (CANADA) course includes tests throughout and after the course to solidify learners' comprehension and retention. To receive a certificate of completion, a score of 80% must be achieved. If the required score is not met, learners have the opportunity to retake the course twice.
After the successful conclusion of each online course, a certificate of completion will be accessible for download and print.
