Gas Monitor Competence Training – RKI GX-3R / GX-2009 Gas Monitor
This training meets the OSHA 1910.146(h)(2) requirement for proficiency in the operation of the RKI GX-3R (previously known as GX-2009) gas monitor. This course has been designed to fill the gap in the OSHA Confined Space Entry curriculum, which lacks this critical information. Moreover, it offers a comprehensive refresher on the risks associated with confined space entry.
This instructional content is meant to complement, not replace, the user manual provided with your product. It’s crucial to thoroughly read the manual before operating the device. The product will only function as intended if it’s used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The Gas Monitor Competence Training is not a luxury but a necessity. The gas detector, which is the worker’s lifeline, is not included in the OSHA Confined Space Entry curriculum.
