- Identify signs of an employee, or yourself, becoming unfit for duty
- Enumerate the typical impairments that could result in hazardous work conditions
- Implement the measures you can as a manager or supervisor to ensure your employees
remain fit for duty - Decipher the signals of an unfit employee, and the measures to help them recuperate
- Recognize what procedures can be adopted to ensure fitness in your workforce, and
- Develop a framework for a return-to-work program
