First Responder Wellness (101)

COURSE OUTLINE

The First Responder Wellness 101 course, a creation of the Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association (AMHSA) in collaboration with the Government of Alberta, is designed to help manage the mental and wellness issues that the First Responder community encounters in their professional duties.

The potential participants in this program within the First Responder community can include all operational personnel, dispatch, administrative and support staff, and even members of the First Responder’s family.
