The focus of this course is to educate learners on the fundamental aspects of a fire, measures to prevent them, and the correct response to a fire situation in the workspace.
Every worker needs to be cognizant of the fire risks present in their workspace and be prepared to act in case of a fire. The Fire Prevention and Response course aims to educate learners on the fundamental aspects of a fire, measures to prevent them, and the correct response to a fire situation in the workspace.
Upon successful completion of the Fire Prevention and Response course, learners will have gained the following competencies:

Testing conducted in this online Fire Prevention and Response course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Users are able to repeat the course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.
Successful completion of this online course will result in a certificate of completion, which will be available for download and print.
