It also provides an understanding of the HAZMAT Security Plan specific to your facility. This course is created in accordance with the Department of Transportation’s HAZMAT Training regulation on Handling and Transporting Hazardous Materials, offering the essential knowledge to satisfy the In-Depth Security training requirement. The DOT In-Depth HAZMAT Security Training course can be utilized independently or as an add-on to MARCOM’s DOT HAZMAT Security Awareness program. The course encompasses vital information on the DOT’s HAZMAT security requirements, security risks attached with hazardous materials transportation, the components of a HAZMAT Security Plan, facility security goals, the structure of organizational security, security procedures, responsibilities of employees regarding security, and appropriate actions in case of a security breach, among others.
This online DOT In-Depth HAZMAT Security Training course includes the following topics:Â
Approximately 45 minutes
Continuous testing is conducted throughout this online course to fortify the information disseminated. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass this course. Participants are allowed three attempts to achieve the passing score. A comprehensive student manual is available for download and printing, serving as a valuable resource for future reference and knowledge retention.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be instantly available for download and printing.
