Enroll in our course ‘Continuously Improve for Safety Excellence’ to gain a deeper understanding of continuous improvement. Ideal learners: managers, supervisors, safety committee members.
The following topics are included in our online course ‘Continuously Improve for Safety Excellence’:
- Understand the concept of continuous improvement.
- Identify the direct and indirect benefits of continuous improvement in occupational health and safety.
- Understand the workflow of continuous improvement.
- Understand the differences and benefits of lagging and leading indicators
- Identify how quality management tools can enhance occupational health and safety performance.
Around 30 minutes
Testing conducted throughout this online ‘Continuous Improvement for Safety Excellence’ course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A score of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course two times if the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt. Print materials for this course can be accessed online.
Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and print.
